Our Team

Lucky has built a diverse career across multiple trades, ultimately discovering his passion for construction management after returning from eight years in Iraq. Known for his personable nature, Lucky easily connects with others and builds lasting relationships wherever he goes.

He lives by the principle, “You can’t teach honesty and dependability,” and holds his team to that same high standard. Clients typically meet Lucky during the measurement phase of their project, and his hands-on approach ensures he is present on most job sites during installation.

Outside of work, Lucky enjoys spending time on the lake, especially on warm weekends, as boating is his favorite pastime.

Tara shares both a personal and professional connection to the company as the wife of our owner, Lucky. She and Lucky have been together since 1997 and are proud parents of three children, 3 grandchildren, a bulldog and a cat.

With a professional background rooted in construction and customer service, Tara brings extensive experience to her role. She manages all scheduling and invoicing, so you can expect to communicate with her before, during, and after your project. While she is not typically on-site, Tara is known for her responsiveness and consistent communication, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending quality time with her family and relaxing at the lake. Her favorite getaway is the beach—any beach.

TJ joined our team in 2025, bringing several years of experience in gutter installation. He has quickly proven to be a valuable addition to the company.

On the job site, TJ is focused, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring each installation is completed correctly and to the highest standard. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son.

We are currently working with TJ to obtain a photo he is comfortable sharing for our website.

Dom came to us from a previous background in gutter sales.  Having worked for a gutter manufacturer he is very knowledgeable about the products that we use every day and is picking up the installation side of gutters with ease.  When Dom isn't installing gutters with us you he enjoys spending time with his fiance' and his 2 amazing dogs.  We are also waiting on Dom to approve a photo for us to add to our website.
